NOTICE OF SOUTH FORSYTH CID ELECTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN as provided in the Forsyth County Community Improvement Districts Act (the “Act”) that a Caucus of Electors of the South Forsyth County Community Improvement District (“CID”) shall be held on May 8, 2026, at SYENSQO, 4500 McGinnis Ferry Road, Alpharetta, GA 30005. The purpose of the Caucus is to elect a Board member to Post 3 on the CID Board. Registration for the election shall be held from 9:45 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. Voting will occur immediately thereafter. All Electors as designated under the Act are invited to attend and cast their votes.
